About this job
At Big Spaceship, we're explorers, not settlers. We partner with ambitious brands ready to venture into new territory, push creative boundaries, and lead rather than follow. We're a full-service creative shop built for brands that want to break new ground. Our diverse team of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds, and makers brings bold ideas to life for some of the world’s most innovative and culturally connected brands. If you thrive on exploration, creative risk-taking, and charting new paths, you belong here.
Big Spaceship is looking for an Associate Social Strategy Director to lead social strategy for a high-profile aesthetics brand operating at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and science. This is a deeply social-first role requiring expertise across paid and organic ecosystems, fluency in performance strategy, and the ability to translate complex or regulated subject matter into culturally resonant storytelling.
We’re looking for someone who understands that modern brand building happens in-platform. Someone who knows how to architect full-funnel paid and organic systems, build communities—not just campaigns—and create work that drives measurable impact without sacrificing creative ambition. A passion for beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or wellness is a major plus.
You know how to turn insight into action. You understand how audiences engage across platforms, how to build integrated campaign briefs that inspire creative, and how to navigate regulatory realities with confidence and clarity. You’re collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading from a strategic standpoint.
