Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring Journeyman Electricians for an immediate start in Palm Coast, FL!

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Palm Coast, FL 32164
Schedule: 7:00 AM Start Time | 40 Hours per Week | Possible Overtime
Assignment Length: 2–3 Months (Duration May Vary)

We are seeking experienced Journeyman-level Electricians for a large-scope project in Palm Coast, FL. Candidates must have strong commercial/industrial experience and be capable of performing journeyman-level work independently. This role requires individuals with 6–8 years of electrical experience who can handle conduit installation, terminations, and field instrument installations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Installation

• Run and bend conduit including EMT and Rigid
• Operate hand and electric conduit benders
• Run and pull various sizes and types of wire
• Install electrical enclosures
• Install field instruments such as pressure transmitters
• Perform electrical terminations (preferred)
• Install stainless steel pneumatic tubing (preferred)
• Assist with cable tray installation (a plus)

Tools & Equipment

• Utilize tools and equipment such as Sawzall, drills, and standard electrical hand tools
• Safely operate job site tools and equipment

Project Support

• Perform material and manpower take-offs (a plus)
• Communicate with site superintendent upon arrival for daily direction
• Follow all job site safety requirements

Requirements

• 6–8 years minimum electrical experience
• Journeyman license preferred (not required)
• Apprentice electricians must be capable of performing at journeyman level
• Must be English speaking
• Strong experience with conduit installation (EMT & Rigid)
• Experience with conduit bending (hand & electric)
• Experience pulling wire and installing enclosures
• Familiarity with commercial/industrial job site expectations

PPE Requirements

Workers must bring:

• Hard hat
• Safety vest
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• Work boots
