Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Image and configure approximately 350 Dell Micro PCs according to standard build procedures.
• Perform BIOS configuration, Pixy imaging, and run validation scripts to confirm successful patching and readiness.
• Install and connect all workstation peripherals, including:
• Dual 27-inch Dell monitors
• Keyboards, mice, webcams, adapters, and under-desk Micro PC mounts
• Maintain neat cable management and pristine workstation appearance (no fingerprints, smudges, or clutter).
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all systems are fully functional and meet corporate standards.
• Collaborate with client IT staff and interns to efficiently complete installations.
• Support testing and user verification prior to go-live.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware deployment, desktop imaging, or related technical support.
• Familiarity with Dell systems, Windows imaging, BIOS configuration, and patch verification.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong Reliability and attendance record - must be punctual, professional, and dedicated for the full project term.
