Commercial Litigation Associate

Our Client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team in their Cherry Hill, NJ/Wilmington, DE offices. 

Pay Range:  $100k-$200k

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees all phases of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements : 

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to both New Jersey and Delaware Bars require.
• Requires meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive legal expertise across multiple practice areas, handling complex litigation, providing expert legal counsel, and representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes. Chancery experience.
