The Fleet Coordinator I is an office-based administrative professional responsible for supporting the Fleet Department through accurate data management, reporting, and coordination of fleet-related processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of fleet data, effective communication with stakeholders, and operational support across multiple fleet functions. The position may be assigned to a specific functional area within the Fleet Department, which could result in adjusted job responsibilities over time.


Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry within the fleet management system
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation related to fleet operations
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors involved in the company’s

equipment program
- Generate and distribute reports for management review
- Conduct data quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with basic data analysis to support fleet decision-making
- Provide administrative and operational support for various Fleet functions including Accounts Payable, Project Controls, Fuel Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet Operations


Qualifications:

- Associate or college degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
- Prior experience in construction / heavy equipment administrative or coordinator role
- Experience in Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or clerical support
- Clean driving record
