Class A Loader Operator - Full-time

As a Class A Loader Operator, you will play a key role in supporting efficient recycling operations by safely operating heavy equipment to move and manage recyclable materials. • Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and manage recyclable materials throughout the facility.
• Feed materials into sorting lines, screens, balers, and other processing equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Load and unload recyclable materials, maintaining organized and safe material piles for inbound and outbound operations.
• Monitor material flow to prevent downtime or equipment overload.
• Inspect materials for contamination and promptly report any concerns.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, the scale house, and fellow operators to support team operations.

• 1–2 years of experience operating front-end loaders or heavy equipment, preferably in recycling or industrial environments.
• Ability to operate equipment safely in tight or high-traffic areas.
• Mechanical awareness and strong attention to safety and quality.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to sit for extended periods, climb on and off machinery multiple times per shift, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, industrial environments.
