Support student success and contribute to a positive learning environment as an Instructional Aide working 1:1 or in small groups. Key Responsibilities

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide individualized support following teacher and staff guidance
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Compliance with school health requirements including current TB test
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting
  Preferred Experience
• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or training such as CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
