02/18/2026 Additional Information: - Perform basic commercial building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Assist district maintenance personnel, as needs require and or as directed by the Operations Administrators.
- Have clear and immediate knowledge of water, gas, and electrical shut off locations.
- Have clear and immediate knowledge of fire alarm locations for fire emergencies and how to put systems on test.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and parts used in the course of building maintenance.
- Perform equipment and preventative maintenance, as assigned or requested by administration.
- Perform custodial tasks/coverage as needs require and or as directed by the Operation's Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Perform grounds maintenance as needs require and as assigned by the Operation's Supervisor or Facility manager.
- Perform snow and ice removal tasks as needed and directed.
- All other duties as assigned

maintenance required. Experience with electric, plumbing, carpentry, inventory, snow removal, etc.
Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
