Customer Service Representative – Call Center Operations
Hourly Range: $21/hr (self advance to $24/hr)
This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations.

What You’ll Do
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Answer questions related to service, billing, and scheduling
• Process payments, service changes, and work orders
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Work within established quality and productivity standards
What We’re Looking For
• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Pay & Schedule
• Hourly pay
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
