Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to provide sales and business operations support to the Kodak Moments Services and Commercial teams.
This position is a key member of the US&C Business Unit, responsible for effective communication and collaboration with functional teams and serving as a liaison to Kodak Alaris shared‑services personnel. The role encompasses a broad range of external customer and internal business support activities, including contract database management, customer sales tracking and reporting, invoicing, receivables support, project management assistance, and regular interaction with back‑office and legal teams. The position is also expected to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced data reporting.
As a Quotation and Contract Renewal Specialist, the role includes preparing price quotes and managing the renewal of existing customer contracts. Core responsibilities involve analyzing customer needs, developing accurate cost estimates, update renewal terms within Kodak Moments’ systems and data base, monitoring contract expirations, and collaborating closely with sales, legal, and customer success teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities are essential for success in this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Quoting: Prepare accurate price quotes for products or services by analyzing customer requirements, costs, and market trends.
- Contract renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing contracts, including tracking expiration dates, negotiating terms, and addressing customer concerns.
- Monitor margin thresholds and escalate quotes that fall below minimum profitability standards.
- Identify cost fluctuations (materials, freight, labor, exchange rates) and adjust quotations proactively to safeguard margins
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams like sales, customer success, and legal to ensure smooth contract processing and resolution of customer issues.
- Shipment monitoring: Track shipments to ensure SLAs are met, avoiding penalties for late delivery.
- Data management: Maintain high levels of data integrity in systems like D365 and ServiceMax, by validating information, ensuring accuracy in CAT - part numbers, and updating account details.
- AURs: Monitoring contractual operations of customers’ returns and administering penalties per the terms of the contract.
- Customer support: Act as a point of contact for sales teams, providing them with timely quotes and responding to inquiries such as lead time updates
- Competitive landscape: Monitor, gather and analyze, competitors’ activities.
- Process improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the quoting and renewal processes.
- Support Pricing & Rebate Admin: by monitoring rebate accruals and Marketing funds to validate accurate tracking of customer payouts and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Support Demand and Supply Chain Admin: by sharing forecasts of Independents, Small Regional Retailers, and Resellers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quotations, pricing, or financial analysis roles.
- A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education a plus
- In depth knowledge and experience working in a sales operations or business operations capacity
- Experience interfacing with finance, legal and supply chain functions
- Strong Microsoft Office application capabilities
- Experience with Microsoft D365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Must have strong attention to detail. Critical for accuracy in quotes, contract data, and pricing.
- Ability to analyze data, understand contracts, and apply mathematical concepts to pricing situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, track deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial reporting, including preparation of margin analysis, rebate liability forecasts, and profitability reports for management.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM or quoting software.

- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies and rebate structures in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and profitability focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting pricing and margin insights.
- Certification in Pricing, Finance, or Supply Chain (e.g., CPP – Certified Pricing Professional) is a plus.
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour – Based on Experience
