1st Shift Office Custodians - Full-time

The Budd Group is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Office Custodians to maintain a clean and productive environment for our Customer

In this role you aren't just "cleaning" - you are the guardian of our office's first impression and the unsung hero of our daily operations.

HOURS AVAILABLE:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

LOCATION: Daniel Island, SC

PAY: $15.00 - $16.00/hr

Key Responsibilities: 

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces including tiled areas and carpeted office spaces
• Sanitization: Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door knobs, push plates, elevator buttons, and kitchen counters
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms multiple times daily to ensure they meet hygiene standards
• Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling bins, ensuring liners are replaced and waste is disposed
• Common Areas: Dust furniture, wipe down glass partitions, and ensure the breakrooms/kitchenettes are tidy

WHAT WE NEED:

• A polished individual that presents themselves in a professional manner
• Work attire is all back (polo style shirt and slacks)
• Someone that has a good eye for detail
