About THIS OPPORTUNITY:
As a Warehouse Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and storing materials, tools, and small equipment locally using our non-DOT regulated company vehicles. This role also provides hands-on support to field crews, assisting with loading/unloading, site preparation, and general labor tasks as directed. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment in an occupied residential high‑rise project.
This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based in San Diego, and reports to a Project Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and company facilities using company vehicles
- Safely load, store, organize, and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of items, on the job site and elsewhere
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles and workspaces
- Follow all company policies and applicable local regulations
- Support with site cleanup, trash removal, basic tool use, signage, and preparation tasks
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and job-site protocols
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment concerns immediately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, residents, and others

Key Requirements:
- Unexpired, valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record with at least 4 years of driving experience
- Ability to safely operate non-DOT regulated company vehicles (pick-up trucks, vans, etc.)
- Ability to follow maps, site directions, instructions, and adapt to changing priorities
- A clear work ethic and willingness to support various field tasks
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as scheduled in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation (company vehicles may not be used for commuting)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to support various field tasks with a positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken, with good communication skills
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-75 lbs, be capable of working at heights in high‑rise environments, and able to climb stairs and ladders
PREFERRED CANDIDATES will also have prior experience in construction, delivery driving, landscaping, or general labor; OSHA 10 certification; a high school diploma or GED; be proficient in Spanish; and/or have prior related military experience.
Salary Range: $21 - $25 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
