Warehouse Loader

Location: Carmi Wholesale Distribution
Schedule: Full-Time/Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri/6 AM - 2 PM (Rough Estimate)
Pay: $16.50 (Starting Pay)

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly by ensuring products are loaded, unloaded, and handled safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Move, stack, and organize inventory according to company standards
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any damage or discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
