As a Vehicle Processing & Inventory Coordinator, your main responsibilities are prepping vehicles for disposal, maintaining a current inventory, and assisting engineers with finding vehicles as needed. 

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 6 am to 12:30 pm.

Boneyard Technician Responsibilities include: 

• Prep vehicles for monthly crush, including draining fluids and removing tires. 
• Manage the inventory of the Boneyard lot on an Excel spreadsheet. 
• Remove fuel tanks and batteries.  
• Deploy and dispose of undeployed airbags. 
• Maintain a written log of all parts removed by engineers for further evaluation. 
• Move vehicles from lot to lot using a forklift. 
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. 

Boneyard Technician Qualifications and Skills:  

• Must have a valid driver’s license. 
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds. 
• Forklift experience is a plus. 
• Must be okay with working outside. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
