The #1 Priority of this position is…

Ensure that all floors in the public areas of the building (marble, carpet, tile) are kept clean and presentable.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 
According to schedule & Palace cleaning procedures ensure that: 

• Public areas floorings are buffed & burnished
• Carpets are cleaned & shampooed
• Remove trash

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Must be able to operate buffing and waxing machine.
• Ability to speak, read & write English is required. Spanish preferred.
• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred. 

The Ideal Candidate

• Responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet and resourceful. 
• Flexible as to work schedule. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. 
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
