Summary: ?Primary responsibilities will consist of providing exceptional customer service in addressing and responding to consumer needs.? Responsibilities:
- Provide 5-star customer service to Conexon Members
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly (yet accurately) resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction
- Assist potential members in identifying if they are currently in Conexon?s service area
- Assist new members with new account creation and plan selection
- Answer general account questions including billing, pricing and service details
- And assist with projects and other duties that continuously improve our department and create career development opportunities for you

- Education, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies:?
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, active listening skills and a strong eye for details
- Strong communication skills and unflappable, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask between systems and adapt to change
- Analytical thinker with technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional computer skills
- 2 years customer service/or technical support experience
Physical Demands:
- To perform this job successfully you must be capable of:
- Regularly sitting, talking and hearing.
- Standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force, or a negligible amount of force, to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.
- Close visual acuity (with or without corrective glasses) is needed to analyze or prepare data, review data, view a computer terminal, read written communications, inspect/operate machinery and use measurement devices at close distances.
Special Requirements:
- Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos.? Ability to write professional correspondences.? Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Computer Skills
- Ability to interpret and manipulate computer software programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, email applications, and other industry/project specific software systems.
- Ability to type proficiently.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit number and to multiply and divide with 10?s and 100?s. Ability to perform these operations using unity of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out complex instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Training Schedule: Monday ? Friday 8am-5pm (4 weeks)
Schedule: Once training is completed your assigned schedule will be:? 9am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Compensation
Full-time, hourly, timecard reporting required, health benefit eligible.
