Location: HOLYOKE, COLORADO
 
We are looking to fill FT and PT positions at our Holyoke, Colorado community!
 

• Full and Part Time
• Flexible Shifts - 8 hours and 12 hours  DAY / EVENINGS and OVERNIGHT
• Overtime available at most facilities
• Hourly Wages starting at $18/hr. and up**
• Holiday Pay - Time and a Half (when working on a major holiday)
• Medical, Dental, Vision and PTO offered for FT and PT employees

• We are looking for CNAs, Long Term Care and Nursing Home Care a plus!
• Colorado or COMPACT (CNA) License 
• Current CPR/BLS  
• COVID Vaccination Card/Record required or valid exemption
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as a Colorado CAPS background check

**The hourly pay rate for the above posted position starts at $18.00/hr. and up for Full Time and Part Time positions. If an offer of employment is extended from the employer, the candidate's pay rate will be determined upon the candidate’s previous on-the-job experience, education (if required), location, and candidate’s working availability.

All positions are paid semi-monthly (twice a month).  A Daily Pay advance option is available.
  All candidates that are extended and accept an offer of employment will accrue paid sick leave available for their use, accrued at one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year, per Colorado Law.
