Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (day, evening, weekend)
Pay: $19–$27 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and courteous manner
Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies
Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and maintain a positive brand image

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Reliable attendance and punctuality
