-Prior experience caring for infants and passionate about supporting milestones and routines -Actively engage in developmentally appropriate play -Support naps and maintain consistent routine -Follow feeding schedule -Light household tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying play areas, light vacuuming) -Baby bath time -CPR certified -Non-smoker -Reliable, punctual, and dependable -Excellent references -Reliable transportation -Up-to-date vaccines -Comfortable parents working from home -Sleep training experience preferred -Fluent in English - Optional: Opportunity for additional pay to occasionally care for two cousins (7 mos and 2 yrs) few times per month -Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
