TaaS Project Manager (Tuck-in-as-a-Service)Reports To: TaaS Manager
Location: Flexible; travel required
The TaaS Project Manager at TCC is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end onboarding of tuck-in acquisitions for our diverse network of Member Companies. This position requires the agility to navigate and manage transitions across multiple distinct software environments and operational frameworks. As we scale toward platform-specialized teams, this role demands high adaptability to bridge current personnel and technical gaps. You will partner closely with Member Company leadership and TCC functional leads to ensure acquisitions are seamlessly integrated, delivered on time, and aligned with strategic growth goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-entity environment where no two integrations look exactly the same.
What You’ll Do- Execute end-to-end integration projects for assigned tuck-in acquisitions, strictly adhering to the targeted 60-day onboarding cycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Member Companies, selling entities, and shared services to ensure accountability and momentum.
- Drive tactical execution of data migrations, banking transitions, and technology onboarding across diverse software environments and Member Company stacks.
- Monitor project health to proactively identify operational risks, dependencies, or service gaps, escalating critical issues to the TaaS Manager.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and real-time status reporting in project tools to support metrics tracking and post-close stabilization.
- Provide feedback on the TaaS Playbook based on real-world execution, helping to refine processes for future efficiency.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For- 5+ years of experience in Community Association Management (CAM), with a deep understanding of industry workflows, terminology, and operational nuances.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or operations, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Projects are delivered on time and with clear ownership
- Stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident in execution
- Processes are documented, repeatable, and improving over time
- The organization gains clarity and capacity as a result of strong project leadership
