KRE Security, LLC is hiring an in-office Scheduling Coordinator to support daily workforce operations across multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable making real-time staffing decisions in a fast-paced office environment.
You will help ensure shifts are consistently staffed, respond to call-offs, and maintain smooth operations. This position offers responsibility, visibility, and opportunities for growth within an operations-focused organization.

Shifts Available
- Saturday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM | Saturday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM
- Fully in-office role (no remote work)
- Operations-focused environment
- Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple client sites
- Ensure consistent staffing coverage and proactively address gaps
- Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
- Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership
- Track attendance, availability, and scheduling trends
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems
- Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to manage workflow
- Partner with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards
- 13 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable work style
- Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced environment
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year
