Internship Overview
The Real Estate Operations Intern will support internal systems, lead tracking, and transaction workflow processes.

Participants may gain exposure to:

• Lead tracking and CRM data management
• Pipeline organization and follow-up systems
• Supporting outreach coordination efforts
• Assisting with documentation and transaction preparation
• Market research and property data organization
• Observing property walkthroughs and closing processes
• Administrative support related to acquisition and listing workflows

Interns work alongside licensed professionals and receive structured guidance throughout the program.

Qualifications:

• Interest in real estate operations, brokerage systems, or transaction coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
