Ideal Candidate Profile: Competitive, coachable, hungry for success, thrives in high-activity, goal-driven environments, proven in transactional or consultative sales roles. This is a true sales role — not a traditional property management leasing agent position.
Compensation (performance driven): Low base + ~50% tied to consistent performance (move-ins). Ramp-up bonus for first two months. $75K–$100K after 12 months for productive hires; $150K+ for top performers.
Career path: Leasing Consultant → Leasing Executive.

Compensation Package:
- Compensation Package: low base with incentives tied to move-ins. Total comp average for a good performer is $75,000 - $100,000. Top performers can make up to $150,000. Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.
- Monthly car allowance of $500
- Monthly cell phone reimbursement of $50.
