About this job
Job Description
Transform Lives in the Heart of Vermont: Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician
Are you a clinician who believes that mental health care should be as accessible as a primary care check-up? At Lamoille Health Partners, we aren’t just treating symptoms; we’re treating the whole person.
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC/LADC/LPM/LICSW) to join our integrated behavioral health team in Morrisville. If you are driven by social justice, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to practice where your work makes an immediate, daily impact on your neighbors, we want to talk to you.
Why Lamoille Health Partners?
True Integrated Care: Forget siloed treatment. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with PCPs and psychiatrists, managing “warm hand-offs” and providing real-time support in a fast-paced FQHC environment.
The "Vermont Way of Life": We believe in work-life balance that actually exists. Enjoy predictable scheduling that allows you to fully enjoy our beautiful mountain community.
Loan Repayment Eligible: As an FQHC, we are an approved site for federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC, etc.).
Invested in Your Growth: We offer generous CEU stipends, consistent clinical supervision, and a collaborative team culture that values your professional voice.
Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, sign on bonus, robust health/dental/vision plans, a 401(k) with match, and generous ETO.
The Impact You’ll Make
Clinical Versatility: Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) to a diverse, rural population.
Crisis & Stabilization: Serve as a pillar of support for patients in acute distress, coordinating care when it matters most.
Subject Matter Expert: Act as a consultant for our medical team, bringing a trauma-informed lens to the entire clinic’s approach.
Equity-Focused Care: Advocate for patients navigating socioeconomic barriers to health—your work will directly advance health equity in Lamoille County.
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed & Ready: Current, active, unencumbered VT licensure as an LCMHC or LDAC. (Master’s level clinicians close to licensure are encouraged to apply for our “Candidate” track!)
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in interdisciplinary settings—huddles, case conferences, and team consultations are where you shine.
Trauma-Informed: You have a solid clinical foundation and a heart for working with substance use (SUD) and co-occurring disorders.
Mission-Driven: You aren’t just looking for a job; you’re looking to serve a community.
