Position Overview:
The Shipping Clerk plays an important role in supporting Laerdal's mission of Helping Save Lives by ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products to our customers. This position helps maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment while supporting production through timely material deliveries, with a strong focus on safety, quality, communication, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Ship accurate and on-time shipments of products to customers
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
* Verify and provide all required documentation for domestic and international shipments
* Communicate effectively with freight forwarders and logistics partners
* Deliver parts and raw materials to production areas
* Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
Pay Rate:
- $15.50/hr.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
- Overtime as required based on business need
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Experience operating a high-lift forklift safely and efficiently
- 6 months of previous Shipping/Warehouse experience is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
