What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate loaders and related heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials.
• Load customer and plant trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Support yard operations by communicating clearly with plant, scale, and dispatch personnel.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant work area at all times.

• Capability to follow operational instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
• Reliability and attention to detail when handling materials and documenting activities.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
