- Cut, strip, crimp, solder, label, and route wiring for control circuits (24VDC, 120VAC) and power circuits (240/460VAC) in accordance with schematics, wiring diagrams, and UL 508A standards.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
- Test performance of products prior to shipment by performing point-to-point continuity checks, functional testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of wiring issues or component failures.
- Monitor related supplies and requisition necessary parts and materials to support production.
- Accurately record labor hours and parts used in assembly and fabrication, and submit all documentation in a complete, accurate, and timely manner according to established procedures.
- Provide support to plant equipment and assist with troubleshooting or technical issues as needed.
- Follow UL 508A requirements, company safety policies, quality standards, and all applicable procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Support production and assembly continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in other areas of operations and perform other related duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
