Colton Creek Apartments, a Chandler Residential community, is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and support our team in delivering an exceptional resident experience. This is a key leadership role focused on driving occupancy, mentoring leasing staff, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

As the Leasing Manager, you’ll be assisting the Community Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service. From leasing and resident relations to team support, you’ll help create a welcoming environment that residents love to call home.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Leasing Professionals in meeting leasing goals
• Oversee leasing activities, including lead follow-up, tours, and application processing
• Ensure lease files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on resident retention strategies
• Conduct market surveys and assist with outreach marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (OneSite)
• Support resident relations and help resolve concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in multi-family leasing and team leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in property management software (OneSite preferred)
• Industry certifications such as NALP or CAM are a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
