About this job
This position is located downtown OKC and is required to be onsite daily.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Extended hours and some weekend OT may be required due to business needs.
The PM Ops Specialist is responsible for supporting and carrying out tasks for the Product Management and Numismatic teams. The PM Ops Specialist is also responsible for sorting through product, checking for quality and upgrades for the company. The PM Ops Specialist is also responsible for executing the physical and systematic movements of product from requests put in by the Numismatic and Product Management teams. Occasionally the PM Ops specialist will be responsible for fixing any product that is off quality. With four main areas of responsibility within PM Ops, the position will rotate weekly giving the individual a different job and responsibility every week.
A Day in the Life of a PM Ops Specialist:
- Sort through purchasing SKUs for quality and upgrades.
- Sorting through secondary market product for quality and upgrades.
- Curating coins.
- Sorting, distributing, identifying, and fixing Evaluation items for the Product Management and Numismatic Teams.
- Pull and pick up items from photography.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/team lead
