Triangle Pond Management is hiring a full-time Mowing Crew Member in North Carolina. You'll help keep our clients' stormwater areas, lakes, and ponds looking their best.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A MOWING CREW MEMBER

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some Saturdays if needed. Each morning you will meet with your crew leader and then head out to different job sites in North Carolina. You will help with mowing and trimming grass around stormwater areas, use herbicides to control unwanted plants, pick up trash and debris, and check that stormwater equipment is working right. You'll also help keep tools and equipment in good shape and join in on repairs when needed. Your work helps us give great service to our clients and keeps their properties in top condition.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MOWING CREW MEMBER

• Experience with landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools
• Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods
• Highly organized and able to work within timelines
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with team members
• Good team attitude with the ability to motivate others
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
