Your Role 

This role demands reliability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness to uphold the integrity of the security team at this critical location.
 

As a Dispatcher, you will: 

• Respond to all phone calls from security guards and clients.
• Dispatchers will be responding to text messages from security guards and clients.
• Guards will be monitoring security cameras.
• Respond promptly to all of the above while working as a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems.
  

What We're Looking For 

To qualify as a Dispatcher, candidates must: 

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Type a minimum of 40wpm. 
• Pass a background check.
• Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure..
• Great observation and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work both independently or as part of a team, with a high degree of reliability and integrity.
