Family Practice Chicago with Tele-med

Family Practice physician needed to join a large community health organization.

They offer a very unique schedule:
Mon, Tues, Wed work in clinic. Thursday Tele-Med, with Fridays off
Call is light by phone only, 1:7 rotated weekly

They are seeking a physician that is mission driven and wants to make a difference in community healthcare. They provide primary healthcare for infants, children and adults.

They are offering:
Student Loan repayment through NHSC
Sign-on bonus of $10,000
Relocation assistance is available

Salary is $185k-$195k
$12k production bonus
