OB/GYN Hospitalist - Stockton, California

THE OPPORTUNITY
A 294-bed acute care facility in California's Central Valley is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their growing team. This employed position features a new two-physician, in-house model with 24/7 coverage and exceptional work-life balance.

The facility is recognized for cancer, cardiac, and women's services with a Level III NICU and new residency programs in emergency and family medicine. Collaborate with an engaged nursing group and supportive medical director in a team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary Range: $302,000 - $483,000 annually
• Sign-on Bonus: $40,000 (with commitment to 6-8 shifts/month and start before May 1, 2026)

THE ROLE

• Two-physician in-house model operating 24/7
• 6-8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month for full-time commitment
• 24/7 access to neonatology, pediatric hospitalist, maternal-fetal medicine, and anesthesia specialists
• Level III NICU support
• Minimal GYN - focus on obstetrics
• Supervise residents on labor and delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Recent residency graduates welcome
• Experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• California license or ability to obtain
