• Full-time Nephrology position
• Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and dialysis rounding
• Outpatient clinic volume varies by schedule
• No surgical or procedural volume beyond nephrology related tasks
• Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least 1-2 years of nephrology experience
• Requires board certification and an active New York license
• Independent, physician-owned multi-specialty group with 35+ locations across the Hudson Valley
• Collaborative nephrology team with physicians, APPs, and dialysis staff
• Access to virtual or AI-powered scribe support   
• Base salary starting range: $145K-$155K
