Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: Day Shift
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced physicians who are passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered clinical practice in an outpatient setting.
The physician will deliver high-quality medical care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations for patients of all ages
Provide preventive care services, including routine screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other long-term diseases
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans aligned with evidence-based guidelines
Perform minor in-office procedures, including suturing, wound care, and skin biopsies
Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-management strategies
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and patient confidentiality
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible state medical license
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Open to new graduates
Experience in outpatient or primary care clinic settings
Comfort managing diverse patient populations across all age groups
Familiarity with EHR systems
