Urology Physician Opportunity in Hancock, MI | Flexible Start Date | No Call

  • Shift: 4 clinic days/week, 1 OR day/week, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 2-week on/2-week off rotation
  • Hours/Week: 40
  • Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract
  • Licenses & Certifications: MI License, MI CDS, MI DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery)
  • Experience: At least 50 urological procedures in past 12 months or recent completion of accredited residency/fellowship

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient urology clinics and perform surgical procedures, including those utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Robot
  • Manage a variety of urological cases, including outpatient diagnostics and minimally invasive surgeries
  • Support the facility’s urology services, contributing to patient care and community health
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all safety and medical protocol standards
  • Maintain documentation and patient records accurately

What You Need:
  • Active Michigan Medical License
  • MI CDS and DEA registrations
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship in Urology or recent supervised training
  • Minimum of 50 urological procedures performed in the last 12 months or recent residency/fellowship completion
  • Key skills include proficiency in surgical procedures, excellent communication, and teamwork
