Equity Tax Partner

The shareholders of our client, a regional CPA firm, are looking to add to their ever-growing firm — specifically within their tax practice.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in tax planning and compliance, with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations. They should be adept at providing strategic tax advice and innovative solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to large corporations.

In addition to technical expertise, we are seeking someone with outstanding leadership skills. The Tax Shareholder will work closely with the firm’s COO to manage and mentor a team of talented tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service.
