We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ER RN will provide high-quality care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs, including assessment, triage, treatment, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills, and deliver excellent patient care.

Schedule: 6 consecutive night shifts followed by 8 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage and assessments in the ER
  
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  
  
• Monitor and document patient status and progress
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
  
  
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state of [insert state])
  
  
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or ability to obtain)
  
  
• Previous ER or critical care experience preferred
