Responsibilities – Accounting / Billing Clerk:

• Processes the accounting of vehicle sales, purchases and more.
• Verifies all deal contents and issues payoff checks for trade-ins
• Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's Dealer Track DMS
• Posts inventory transactions to accounting in the dealership's Dealer Track DMS
• Reconciles new and used inventory schedules
• Reconciles all other schedules pertaining to the posting of the deal
• Communicates with Finance Sales staff to assure deals are turned in and processed in a timely manner
• Must have the ability to cross-train for other positions.
• Performs other duties as needed 

Requirements – Accounting / Billing Clerk:

• Accounting experience is required. Auto dealership experience is preferred
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency is required
• Ability to research and analyze information 
• Detail oriented and organized
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
