Infant / Toddler Teacher (ECE Certified) Daycare & Preschool
Location: The Learning Experience Billerica, MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

About the Role

The Learning Experience Billerica is seeking a certified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant and toddler classrooms provide a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

What Youll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants and toddlers
  
  
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development
  
  
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play-based learning
  
  
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
  
  
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  
  
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
  
  
• At least 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred)
  
  
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
  
  
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
