We provide a stable and consistent Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with the possibility of overtime. Essential Functions

Primary Duties

  • Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
  • Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
  • Assist with updates to orders, product substitutions, and communication with sales staff when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
  • Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.

Secondary Duties

  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
  • Break down and recycle empty cartons.
  • Remove debris and non-recyclables.
  • Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.

· Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.

· Professional conduct and strong work ethic.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team

· Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure

· Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

· Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.

  • Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.
  • Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.

Working Conditions

  • Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments.
  • Exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
