Essential Functions
Primary Duties
- Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
- Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
- Assist with updates to orders, product substitutions, and communication with sales staff when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
Secondary Duties
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
- Break down and recycle empty cartons.
- Remove debris and non-recyclables.
- Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.
· Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.
· Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team
· Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure
· Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
· Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.
- Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.
- Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.
Working Conditions
- Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments.
- Exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
- Overtime may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
