Responsibilities + Duties:

• Follow recipes to prepare our Craveably Crafted™ food
• Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly
• Follow good time management practices to prep or cook each food item within the expected ticket time
• Prepare pasta, sautee, and grilled dishes with high standards of food quality
• Understand the spec sizes, taste and visual expectations of all items
• Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly
• Conduct industry best safety and sanitation practices
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and removing the trash
• Practice stellar communication with all coworkers during high-intensity shifts
• Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Qualifications + Skills:

• BOH restaurant experience preferred
• Fun and friendly
• Courteous and professional with guests, coworkers, and vendors.
• Coachable with ability to apply feedback
• Strong communicator and active listener
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
