Hours 8a-5pM-FWeekend call - 24-hour call There will be some night call during the weekdays/ to be shared by the other provider(s). Call consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting Chemo that day, consults from the ED (these are very minimal) Board Certified/Board EligiblePatients: 17 (1 hour for new patients, 20 minute follow ups)Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNsEMR is Mosiaq18 bed chemo suiteDedicated Pharmacists who will do educational starts for ChemoHoused under the same roof as radiation oncologyCOC accredited Cancer Center Weekly tumor boardsClinical trials available to include 2s and 3s•Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding.•Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing•Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
