Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, Human Resources functions, and accounting support activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and maintaining efficient administrative and financial processes.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with HR expertise, accounting knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Leadership
- Develop and implement staffing plans and recruiting procedures
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee record management
- Advise management on personnel matters, labor relations, and compliance (OSHA, FMLA, EEOC)
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and conduct employee training programs
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and job descriptions
Administrative & Accounting
- Manage AR/AP transactions and invoice processing
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Track and verify timesheet accuracy
- Maintain office and production supply inventory
- Support budgeting processes
- Maintain accounting and HR records
- Utilize accounting and spreadsheet software for reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma required
Experience
- 5–8 years of Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Manufacturing experience (plastics injection, extrusion, or urethane processes) a plus
- Experience in multicultural work environments a plus

- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
