HR/Office Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, Human Resources functions, and accounting support activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and maintaining efficient administrative and financial processes.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with HR expertise, accounting knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Leadership
  • Develop and implement staffing plans and recruiting procedures
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Advise management on personnel matters, labor relations, and compliance (OSHA, FMLA, EEOC)
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and conduct employee training programs
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and job descriptions
Administrative & Accounting
  • Manage AR/AP transactions and invoice processing
  • Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
  • Track and verify timesheet accuracy
  • Maintain office and production supply inventory
  • Support budgeting processes
  • Maintain accounting and HR records
  • Utilize accounting and spreadsheet software for reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • High School Diploma required
Experience
  • 5–8 years of Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles
  • Manufacturing experience (plastics injection, extrusion, or urethane processes) a plus
  • Experience in multicultural work environments a plus
