Safety Analyst

Competitive Pay: $30–$35 per hour

Schedule: 7am-4pm, Monday thru Friday

As a Safety Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret safety data across multiple farm locations to support the development of effective safety programs. You will identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve workplace safety. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Occasional visits to farm locations may be required to support safety initiatives and data collection efforts.

• Collect and analyze safety data from incident reports, inspections, and audits

• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs

• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and risk factors

• Create reports and data visualizations to communicate safety performance

• Support compliance reporting and evaluate safety program effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, safety analysis, or business intelligence

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour

The pay range for this position is $62,400–$72,800 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
