Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7am
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: List the 4-8 essential functions of the job.

The technician must also have knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical component failures
*
Troubleshoot and repair AC / DC drives and motors.
*
Perform repairs and maintenance as necessary to maintain production at target efficiencies.
*
Perform and record assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
*
Housekeeping is a priority to provide a safe, clean and organized work environment.
*
Position requires a high level of mental alertness and attention to detail, as well as good physical health and strength.
* May act as the design lead, programming lead, or owner's representative on selected.
* Develop PLC architecture designs including Ethernet, ControlNet and Remote I/O. projects.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Provide hiring requirements necessary to successfully perform this job; indicate required and preferred levels for each category below.
Education
*Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical education plus 5 years' experience
Experience
* PLC programming required.
* Prefer minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance service.
* Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC'S and PLC ladder programming along with various programming software PLC automation and motion experience desired
* Knowledge of electrical testing equipment commonly used in an industrial plant, such as ammeters, voltmeters, Meggers, conduit benders, and other hand or power tools equipment related to the job.
* Electrical experience in 480-230 1-3 phase services, troubleshooting circuits, motor starters, lighting and control wiring a plus.
* Must be able to climb a ladder and work in high areas.
* Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
* The ability to work accurately, thoroughly and meet deadlines.
