About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. Days and hours needed for this position is Saturdays 8am -4pm, Sundays 9am - 3pm , Monday - Wednesday 10-6pm Off on Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
