Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking
 Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to mobile crisis calls and provide in-person crisis intervention and stabilization
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, emergency responders, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency standards

Available Shifts
Monday–Friday
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Shifts
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status required
  • Current Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Training Certificate required
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English  is preferred (verbal and written)
