SUMMARY: Senior Bin Stocker manages inventory at a customer site or multiple sites via a prescribed route.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Personallyexhibits, recruits and coachesassociatesconsistent with Core Behaviors
- Responsible for promoting a culture ofsafetyincluding Customer specific safety guidelines that may be in addition toBlackHawkstandard safety guidelines
- Visit Customer site(s)requiring driving a company vehicle 5,000+ miles per month, averaging50 hoursper week
- Assesses stocking levels tomaintainmin/max inventory levels at50+Customer site(s)
- Createsquotes/orders for inventory to bring levels to min/max levels at Customer site(s)using barcode scanning technologies
- Delivers and stocks inventory at Customer site(s) to bring levels to min/max levels
- Customer meetings and relationship management
- Stock vending machines on Customer site(s) when applicable
- Respond to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures, or precedents exist
- Perform hands-on tasks, primarily using trade or computer hardware, software,databaseand data processing
- Perform all workin accordance withcontractual requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge ofERP system
- Knowledge of supporting software systems
- Basic knowledge of hardware devices, vending machines
- Industrialsupplies and railroad specificcomponentknowledgepreferred
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No direct supervisory responsibility
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GEDrequired
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar positionrequired
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- Clean, insurable driving record

- None required
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This roleoperatesin an active work environment where employees may be exposed to certain conditions either on an ongoing basis or periodically. These conditions can include moderate to loud noise levels in an industrial setting, and varying temperatures. Schedule flexibility may berequiredbased on customer needs.
- The position requires regular communication in English and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, andoperatetools, equipment, or controls for extended periods of time. Reaching with hands and arms is alsorequired. Employees will routinely use computers and other workplace technology.
- This rolefrequentlyinvolves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. The ability to perform close-vision tasks and clearly focus vision is necessary tosafely and effectively carry out job responsibilities.
