• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
• 0+ years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting
